This website is operated by GrowthGuru Inc. under the public brand Indigo, at 7700 Hurontario St 503 # 2355, Brampton ON L6Y 4M3. These website terms take effect September 30, 2026. Contact us about these terms at [email protected].

Browsing this site, requesting information or booking a call does not create a client service agreement. A separate agreement for a service governs its scope, commercial terms and the parties' responsibilities.

Using this website

You may read the public information and contact us about a possible project. Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit another person's private information without appropriate authority.

The onboarding form opens a pre-filled draft in your email app. You choose whether to send it. Opening that draft is not confirmation that an inquiry has been delivered.

Site information and client services

Examples, case studies and descriptions explain the type of work Indigo does. They do not promise a particular feature, result, price, timeline or service level for your business. The agreement for a particular service sets what is to be provided.

These website terms do not set client payment, renewal, cancellation, support or delivery terms, or assign ownership and licence rights in software and deliverables. Those matters belong in the agreement for the relevant service.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Pages delivers this website. Cal.com provides its booking flow, which may also be subject to Cal.com's terms and privacy information. An optional Google Calendar action is subject to the service you choose to use. Providers for a client platform depend on that engagement; the Privacy notice describes the distinction between website services and configured client systems.

Privacy and messages

Our Privacy notice explains information handling and the scope of messaging choices. Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not itself authorize unrelated commercial messages. If you want to decline a message or ask for it to stop, use the response or unsubscribe route for that interaction, or contact [email protected].

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
