How information moves through our website and the client systems we build and operate.

Who we are and what this notice covers

Indigo is the public brand of GrowthGuru Inc., at 7700 Hurontario St 503 # 2355, Brampton ON L6Y 4M3. Effective date: September 30, 2026. Our privacy contact is [email protected].

This notice distinguishes this website from systems we operate for clients. For a client system, the relevant engagement, customer notice and applicable law determine the purposes of processing and each party's responsibilities. A provider used in one service is not necessarily used in another.

Website inquiries and booking

Our onboarding form accepts a first name, last name, business name and description of your workflow. It opens a pre-filled draft in your own email app; the form itself does not send an email or store the submission in this website's database. If you send that email and it reaches us, we receive your email address and the information you chose to include.

Our booking page embeds Cal.com. Information you enter into its booking flow is handled through Cal.com. A completed booking may provide us with booking details to arrange the call. An optional Google Calendar link lets you add an event to your own calendar when you choose that action.

We use inquiry and booking information to respond, arrange a conversation and understand the work you ask us to discuss. An inquiry or booking is not, by itself, permission for unrelated commercial outreach.

Website preferences and technical requests

The day and night theme control stores your preference in your browser's local storage under the key ic-theme. Cloudflare Pages delivers this website, and embedded services such as Cal.com receive the technical requests needed to load their content. Their handling of those requests is also described in their own privacy information.

Providers used for particular services

Our service stack includes Vercel for client application hosting and storage, and Supabase for CRM and client-system data. Configured AI tooling includes Anthropic services and OpenAI-compatible interfaces; an OpenAI-compatible interface may use a local proxy and does not establish that a particular request goes directly to OpenAI. The AI service and information supplied to it depend on the configured workflow.

Messaging systems may use Apple iMessage or Twilio SMS, depending on the service. These client-system providers do not all receive every website visitor's inquiry or booking information. The system, selected channel and agreed purpose determine which providers handle a particular interaction.

Messages and your choices

Messaging purposes, sender identity and permission depend on the service and interaction. Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) generally requires consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism for commercial electronic messages, subject to its exceptions. Booking a call or providing a public contact address does not itself establish consent to unrelated commercial messages.

In the Collective phone campaign flow, “no thanks” records a current-campaign decline. STOP, stopall or unsubscribe records phone suppression in that flow. In the email flow, a “no thanks” reply is handled within the relevant email workspace. These choices have different scopes; they are not a promise of one global setting across every client or channel. You can also contact us at [email protected] about a message or privacy concern.

Processing outside Canada

A selected provider may process information outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws, including lawful access by its authorities. The location and provider arrangements for a particular client service depend on that service; this notice does not assign a universal hosting region.

Access, correction and privacy questions

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where applicable, provides rights relating to access and correction, and a route to challenge compliance. You can ask about information relating to you, request correction, discuss withdrawing consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions, or raise a concern at [email protected]. For information controlled by a client, the request may need to go to that client.

You can also consult the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about applicable privacy rights and complaint procedures. The PIPEDA principles and CRTC guidance on CASL explain the relevant legal framework.
